Careers: Operations Analyst

Auxilion is currently looking for an Operations Analyst (1st Line Support) to join our team in Telford.

Role Overview

What will you be doing:

  • Triage incident volumes within the Team
  • Resolving of technical device issues remotely
  • Administrate the movement and configuration of a single device
  • Liaise with multiple suppliers for the movement and configuration of site wide devices
  • Generating reports based of print data
  • Internally raise calls for hardware break/fix and consumables
  • Implementing Continual Service Improvement plans
  • Test new firmware and new models for inclusion into a new solution

What skills will you have (desirable):

  • Good understanding of printers and print environments (desirable)
  • Experience of HP Web jetadmin
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience of working with other resolver groups

Business Skills

  • Good understanding of what constitutes a managed service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work as part of a team to deliver the service
  • Problem analysis and resolution
  • Able to work on own initiative when required
