This role will be responsible for the maintenance and configuration tasks in the ServiceNow platform. Taking ownership of incidents being raised against the ServiceNow requests is a big part of the role but some other duties consist of general administration around tasks set in ServiceNow, customizations in the ServiceNow catalogue (these are Requests, Incidents, Problems, Change Management) and maintenance of cycles and patches which include things like testing and fixes.
The focus of this role is to participate in driving success and improvements around the platform where possible. You will also work on ITSM core modules and other features like ITOM, Workflow and integrations with ServiceNow.
You will work with other teams such as IT Infrastructure, Application Support and DevOps Delivery.
