The ideal candidate for this position will be a manager with at least 10 years of management experience. He or she will ideally also have a proven track record in business development and proposal writing. In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent commercial, communication and presentation skills, as well being very structured and having a great attention to detail.
As Operations Manager, you will be a senior figure in the Auxilion organisation, reporting to the Consulting Director. You will have the opportunity to work with global organisations in diverse industries alongside a multi-disciplined team of high calibre business and technical consultants to bring the best of Auxilion to our clients.
