You may have heard the news that Auxilion is growing. We’re hiring 110 people over the next few years as we capitalise on increasing demands for our consultancy, project management, end user computing, governance and managed services.

In addition to hiring industry titans to join our team, we’re also looking for a new generation of talent to bring their life skills and new ways of thinking to our business.

Auxilion Launches Graduate Recruitment Programme (2021-2023)

Our Graduate Programme is the perfect launchpad for your career. Your progress is our priority. From your first day, we expect you will be sharing your perspective and making a difference. Contract Type: 24-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent role.

Working Hours: Full-time, 09:00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday

Grad Programme Key Features:

Our structured training program takes two years to complete, during which time graduates will have the opportunity to work in a series of interesting and varied roles.

The two-year programme will combine approximately 18 months in your specialist area and 6 months working across other functions within the business. These will include, but are not limited to: Sales, Marketing, People and Talent, and Finance. You will also spend time in other service areas to understand the totality of our service offering and to have an opportunity to interact with our clients.

At the end of this two-year period our objective will be to have identified and agreed with you a career path that is in line with your career ambitions.

Training and Career Development:

Auxilion will ensure those on the programme benefit from hands on and more formal forms of training. This will be combined with specifically tailored mentoring programmes designed to focus on the graduate’s key areas of development.  Some of the initiatives are listed below:
