We are currently looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team based in Dublin 4 on a permanent basis. The current team is comprised of 6 level 1 and level 2 service desk engineers working 12 hour shift patterns providing 24×7 support.

The focus of this role is to support the Digital Services team to develop more opportunities and relationships with both our current and new clients.
We are looking for a Network and Security Engineer. You will have experience in the following areas: core infrastructure, Firewalls and wireless.
The role will be part of the Pre-Sales Team and carries the primary responsibility of establishing, qualifying, understanding and validating the clients’ business and technical requirements to a sufficient level that enables them to translate these into a tailored communications roadmap.

You will be responsible for managing the service management team in Ireland. We are looking for a senior manager who has 7 years’ experience managing SDM teams and large customer volume.
