Dublin, 23rd February 2026 – Auxilion, the leading Irish digital services provider, today announces the appointment of Eleanor Dempsey as Director of Advisory Services.
In her new position, Eleanor will lead the Advisory Services practice which enables Auxilion’s clients to accelerate digital initiatives, strengthen operational resilience, and drive meaningful impact.
With a strong track record of helping businesses navigate complexity, Eleanor will build and shape the offering to deliver industry-leading technical and advisory support for customers across a broad range of sectors. Her experience will be instrumental in expanding strategic customer partnerships, enhancing innovation across advisory services offerings, and ensuring the delivery of measurable value to customers.
In parallel, Eleanor continues in her role as Director of Strategy, Innovation and Transformation, where she is responsible for Auxilion’s broader growth plans and cross-company strategic initiatives - including innovation, operational performance, and organisational growth.
Eleanor brings to her new position strategic leadership and cross-functional experience from her extensive career in Auxilion, where she formerly held roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Business Transformation and Principal Consultant.

Eleanor holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies from the University of Glamorgan, a master’s degree in project management from the University of Limerick, and a postgraduate diploma (PGDip) in Information Systems from Ulster University.
