A new opening is available within our Resourcing Services Business for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team and be responsible for achievement of the overall Revenue and Gross Margin Targets within the business. The I.T. Alliance Group operates through a number of brands including Auxilion and I.T. Alliance Resourcing Services. This role is with our Resourcing business. This function provides IT and Business Contract staff into customers in Ireland.

Role Overview: 

Your role will be to take ownership of the Resourcing Services Sales Function (managing and developing your own customers, directly managing 2 other sales reps and also co-ordinating lead generation from the wider Group customer base through 8 other Sellers (from our wider Services Sales function, not under your management)).

 

This role offers great potential for advancement. The I.T. Alliance Group, through our different brands, has a very extensive service portfolio and we deal with customers right up to the Board Room. You will develop your skills and knowledge of the Technology and related sectors and can move within the Group for develop your career.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver against the overall Revenue and Gross Margin target for the business line
  • Manage and develop your own customer base
  • Ensure the 2 Sales Resources under your management achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and report on all actuals and forecasts for the business line at financial review with the senior management team each month
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and ensure follow up on relevant campaigns and events
  • Manage relevant partner relationships and maintain existing contracts where required.
  • Promote I.T. Resourcing Services further with the wider client base and bring opportunities for fulfillment to the resourcing team.
  • Manage the I.T. Alliance Resource base within the customer environment ensuring that any welfare issues are dealt with with in an effective and timely manner.
  • Make full use of the Resource Management Database in terms of resourcing, logging, information gathering and follow-up.
  • Offering suitable candidates/contractors positions and finalising details of same.
  • Agree pricing on each opportunity and qualify business requirements in full.
  • Manage the contractual lifecycle with the customer.
  • Liaising with the Sales team/client re open positions and suitable candidates.
  • Identifying pro-active methods of recruitment and continuously looking for new ways to improve the service to the client.
  • Keep the Manager updated on sales activity, targets, pipelines and forecasts
  • Ensure all appropriate information on customer development activity and pipeline is recorded on our internal systems
  • Completing all reporting requirements on time for the Sales Director as agreed.
  • Achieve account growth and retention targets

Experienced Required: 

  • Some Sales Management experience
  • Account Management & Sales Track Record
  • Proven track record of developing customers.
  • Resourcing/Recruitment Experience from career to date (Ideally Technology or I.T.).
  • A professional manner and experienced in servicing customer’s via in person meetings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent forecasting skills and good with numbers in general
  • Ability to present and network at all levels within an organisation
  • Strong organisational skills

 

What experience will you have:

  • Resourcing/Recruitment Experience from career to date (Ideally Technology or I.T.).
