Auxilion FlightPlan

31 January 2023

Auxilion’s FlightPlan provides a detailed roadmap for the successful execution of a customer’s technology strategy. It details the necessary actions and IT requirements for each stage of the journey.

The ultimate aim of FlightPlan is to provide your organisation with an understanding of where your IT is, where it needs to be, and how to get there. We will provide a detailed breakdown of the timelines, budgetary requirements, and individual projects within an overall IT strategy.

A FlightPlan process takes 2-4 weeks and will provide:

  • An overview of your current IT estate

  • A clear roadmap for key strategic areas

  • An ICT roadmap foundation

  • Budgetary estimate and project timelines

We develop digital transformation projects for our customers using best practices and an established methodology. We have provided a breakdown of this methodology in our FlightPlan brochure, which you can download at the bottom of this page.

Challenges & Objectives

Auxilion developed FlightPlan to help customers establish the “why,” “what” and “when” of the investments and projects required to successfully execute our customers’ IT strategies. We develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ objectives and use our knowledge of tooling, technologies, and project management to build an effective FlightPlan. We will take into account your organisation’s unique objectives and challenges and provide an estimate of the required budget and timelines.

Using established best practices and comprehensive strategic planning, FlightPlan enables the customer to:

  • Improve business agility

  • Accelerate time to market

  • Reduce costs

  • Enable expansion into new markets
