Workplace Wellbeing Day 2022

29 April 2022

At Auxilion, we are passionate about our people’s wellbeing. We work together to create an inclusive, supportive working environment where all our people can thrive. We believe that knowledge, care and purpose are fundamental to making informed choices and achieving our best, where we can be physically and mentally healthy, emotionally balanced, financially secure, and socially connected.

Workplace Wellbeing Day takes place today, April 29th. It’s a great opportunity for us to recognise the importance of employee wellbeing and to highlight the supports that are available to everyone across the company. Our EAP 24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme is a confidential service that provides our employees and their family members with immediate help and support in managing whatever work or personal issues they might be facing. It’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It's important that all members of the Auxilion community are aware of this support.

We are also currently implementing the See Change in the Workplace Pledge Programme. See Change has developed a six-step programme to help workplaces create an open culture around mental health and challenge mental health stigma. By signing up for the See Change Workplace Pledge, we are demonstrating our commitment to creating an open culture around mental health for managers and employees. We have already hosted a series of See Change mental health awareness workshops and are committed to continuing this work.

For the day itself, we’re also hosting some wellbeing initiatives available to all employees. These include a chair yoga class focused on mindfulness and a healthy recipe collection which all employees can contribute to. We welcome any ideas or suggestions for further initiatives around wellbeing in the workplace.

We will continue working together to support the wellbeing of all employees. Happy Workplace Wellbeing Day!
