Dublin, 16th March 2026 – Auxilion, the leading Irish digital and IT managed services provider, today announces the appointment of Deirdre Roche as Head of Commercial Operations and Business Performance.
Bringing over 25 years of experience to her role, Deirdre will oversee and lead Auxilion’s commercial operations strategy and drive overall business performance. She will be responsible for strengthening profitability, aligning sales and delivery, and optimising the commercial performance of the business.
Working cross-functionally, Deirdre will oversee business forecasting, pricing strategy, bid management and commercial governance. She will also be responsible for the company’s revenue growth and to ensure cost optimisation targets are consistently met.
Deirdre brings a wealth of expertise to her role, having spent several years at Ergo in senior leadership positions, including Head of Business Management and Digital Practice Director. Prior to this, she held leadership roles at Intel Ireland and iSite, building deep expertise in Programme and Delivery Management and Microsoft-based solutions.
Deirdre holds a Higher Diploma in Leadership Development from University College Cork. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, she was also a founding member of the D&I committee at Ergo and contributed to the achievement of Investors in Diversity recognition.
