Day four of the first working week in January 2020 and we’ve already seen the first weather warning issued for wind. With all of us going at our New Year resolutions starting with gusto, we’re wondering if you have already:

January is usually a time for reflection and a lot of us reflect on our career and how it is progressing. In Auxilion, we pride ourselves on the career opportunities that are available across many spectrums of a growing organisation. We never pigeonhole people into a “career for life." Instead, we encourage them to make horizontal and vertical moves within the organisation, so they can learn about our business as they grow. We appreciate that all of our employees have a diverse range of skills and enormous potential across many areas.
Recently, we announced a new team and many of our people have taken up new roles as a result. These are roles that were identified to help us grow as an organisation and achieve our growth ambitions.
The I.T. Alliance Group was established over 25 years ago, but we are not afraid to take the challenge to test ourselves and our abilities. We know we have great people who will help us achieve every organisational goal that we have set ourselves. We have “Joint Ambition” plan to help us get there.
